Barn Conversion Renovation:

This barn conversion project created a fabulous contemporary family home. We stripped all the interior walls back to brick and insulated, plaster boarded and re-plastered throughout; laid new floor boards; totally rewired & re-plumbed the property; installed a new kitchen & four new bathrooms; installed new feature doors and windows to the front and rear, including aluminium bi-fold doors. Our joiners created a feature glass ballustrade through the interior stairwell; laid oak flooring, doors and frames throughout. Our builders & landscape gardeners replaced a collapsed drain, laid new pipework, installed new guttering and laid two new Indian stone patios and landscaped the drive area. This stylish bathroom has fully tiled walls (laid in a contemporary brick bond design) and a fully tiled floor. The newly fitted suite has bath, over-bath shower & screen. The sink & WC are built in to a gloss red unit with concealed cistern & pipework. There is a designer chrome towel warmer/radiatior and mirrored wall cabinet; all finished off with a chandellier light fitting to create a sleek easy care bathroom with a luxurious feel. Extensions & Building:
	The two storey side extension created additional living space for the family. It involved the demolition of an old garage to erect a two storey extension with a split level ground floor interior. The higher level of the ground floor extension at the rear, opened onto the existing kitchen and living areas; with French doors opening out onto the rear garden. The lower level provided replacement garage parking. Upstairs we built two bedrooms and installed the plumbing ready for a luxury bathroom. We then built a new set of access steps to the front door and a new brick-built porch.

	This single storey rear kitchen extension created additional ground floor living space. The extension was built with a pitched roof, underfloor heating, bi-folding doors and two electric Velux windows. The Velux windows are fully automatic with remote control and self-closing if it rains. The vaulted ceiling was fitted with recessed low energy LED spotlights. A contemporary cream kitchen with built-in appliances was fitted with oak flooring. We also fully decorated the kitchen. During its construction our building team also overcame the issue of difficult/restricted access to the rear of the property.

Before & after photos of a two storey extension to create extra living space Completed in just 9 weeks this two storey extension accomodates a downstairs office, WC & dining room on the ground floor, and a new double bedroom and a large, fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating on the first floor. We also enlarged an existing bedroom and converted it into a double bedroom. This double storey extension was constructed between the house and garage, with matching brickwork & roofing tiles along with sourcing the same style of double glazed windows to ensure the new exension blended in with the original building. Before & after photos of a fabulous extension over a garage to create a master bedroom suite Project involved removing old garage roof, constructing a second floor above and converting an existing adjacent small bedroom into an en-suite shower room. We erected a new pitched roof to match the existing roof of the house (including decorative ridge cappings and wooden eaves detailing). This ensured the finished garage extension blended in seamlessly with the surrounding houses.
